Welcome to the home page for Troop 430 in Vancouver, Washington. Troop 430 is chartered by St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Our goal as a troop is to abide by the rules set up for the Scout Oath and Law. This program is set up to help teach our youth to learn about the outdoors and be respectful of their environment, to be responsible for their actions and to provide service for the community under the guise of having fun.
